payment forgiveness

i was thinking today, most people complain when companys charge you a lot of money for late fees. who wouldnt love a company who would give you a five day buffer. our paychecks never come out consistantly lined up with all of our bills, so how nice would it be if we had a few days. two months in a row ive lost seventy dollars in over draft fees because my bills auto withrew before my paychecks came in. but no. everyone takes advantage of hidden fees. oh america.

Helping Hands

So I was thinking today, there are so many organizations and people out there who want us to help other countries. Which is a good thing, don't get me wrong. But shouldn't we focus on our own problems first? If you look around America really isn't in the best state right now. If you look at our debt at a materialistic view rather than a financial view, China will pretty much own America if they were to collect on all of our debt at once. Crazy thought huh? Makes me wonder how many millions of American dollars go to helping "struggling" countries when we ourselves are so far in debt. Hopefully people start to see this and focus on what really matters, our home and our country. Not saying no one else matters! Remember what happens in a classic game of Risk when you expand too rapidly...

People!

Hey Readers,

Today I logged on and I found out that I can use the word "reader" and actually refer to people who have read my blog. what a fulfilling feeling. I do thank those of you who took the time to read it, its a small thing, but it sort of proves the purpose of writing. I sincerely hope those of who read my first entry, will also check back and see whats going on.

So today I thought I'd write about my experience in the food and beverage industry. I'd first like to say, why don't people understand a very simple concept? Don't piss off the people making your food! I'm not sitting here threatening those rude people. Im just saying do you think we are going to go above and beyond our job to make and serve you food if you look like you just got done with a colonoscopy? We won't. As for your food quality, it probably wont change much, but we will remember you, and we won't be doing you any favors. On the flip side, if you do choose to be super friendly, and enjoyable, I promise you will make the day of your cooks and waitstaff and they will make sure you're well taken care of. As a manager, we of course have the power to remake, replace, or refund your food if its not to your liking. We also have the ability to serve complementary items to better your visit or meal. All I'm saying is you might get that royal treatment you're looking for, if you just smile and be friendly.

Everyone Runs off of Confidence

Hey Readers,

So this is my first official post on my new blog. This entire world is actually quite new to me. Ironically as of now I have zero readers, and no one knows about this blog, but hey you have to start somewhere right? So I figure most of you have your own opinion on America's situation with fast food, obesity, and unhealthy lifestyles. Well I was thinking lately, and I think I may have found a way to benefit those people who are overweight, and those who are of average and athletic builds. As everyone is aware, throughout the last decade sizes for clothing have continued to reach new limits. Granted I've never worn bigger than a Large, but I've seen double XL... triple XL... and who knows what lies beyond. But a revelation hit me. Rather than extending into the insulting X's. why not go the other way? Who wouldn't want to say they wear a double extra small! Confidence is the key to everyone's self respect. So maybe this is just a silly fix to make feel a little better about their self image, but like I said, we all have to start somewhere. Working your way to that Medium might be a little less daunting than working down to an Extra Large. But who knows, this is only the point of view from one guy in a very large world. What are your thoughts?
